What We Have to Offer

The desire of Calvary Baptist Church and Pastor Steve Christner is to offer a place for anyone who comes to our ministry to learn the Bible on their level. We want Christ to be lifted up, Christians to be encouraged and strengthened, and the unsaved to be presented with the Gospel. This is our ministry.

"And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me." - John 12:32

• Graded Sunday School - Classes for every age group including Young Couples, College and Career, Senior Saints, and New Christians classes.
• Bus Ministry - We have five bus routes offering exciting programs for anyone four years old and up in Turner/Hartford/Sumner; Lewiston, Auburn, Livermore/Livermore Falls/Jay, and an Adult bus.
• Nursery and Cubbies - We offer a safe, secure nursery staffed by qualified ladies who will take care of your greatest treasures during all of our services.
• Kings Kids Program - Sunday evenings at 6pm, elementary age children are invited to this program of singing, Bible memory and positive reinforcment of Christian principles.
• Academy - CCA is a traditional K-12 Christian school that supports parents in their efforts to "train up a child in the way he should go". We offer a strong academic program that places Christ at the center of the pursuit of all truth.
• Teen Youth Group - Bro. Dan Christner leads our teens in an active program of discipleship and fellowship that centers around service. Teens are shown by example the joy of service and the fulfillment of a true relationship with God.
• Spanish Services - Our Spanish Church meets Sunday evenings at 7pm. Services are held in Spanish, and members enjoy a great time of music, fellowship and preaching.
